A Property Industry Perspective

This seminar is suitable for directors and officers with a responsibility for the overall performance of a business, finance professionals, risk practitioners, property professionals and anyone with responsibility for ensuring sound corporate governance practices in their organisation.

Our speaker is Aaron Chen, Risk Manager (Asia) of the Goodman Group and he is responsible for ensuring Goodman’s interests in Asia maintain a robust governance framework. This includes oversight and management of their Corporate Governance, Risk and Internal Audit frameworks, insurance arrangements, incident management, change management and business continuity planning.  Aaron is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over ten years of experience in property, finance and chartered accounting.  His recent experience has focussed on establishing risk frameworks for a number of organisations throughout Australia and more recently, in Asia.
