An exclusive panel discussion and networking cocktail with Diana David, founder of the Financial Times NED Diploma in Asia and portfolio board member, who will give an overview of the personal skills needed to effectively carry out an independent non-executive role. Following this, Henny Sender, chief correspondent for international finance at the FT and a recent graduate of the FT NED Diploma, will moderate a panel of female board members, including Christine Ip (INED, SmarTone; CEO, UOB HK), Angelina Kwan (Vice Chairman, The Women’s Foundation; Audit Chair and INED, Securities Industry Development Corporation) and Fiona Nott (NED, Aesop Hong Kong; Deputy Chair, Australian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong and Macau).
