Mental Health in the Workplace

Part of the Mind Body Business Series

With stress levels and workplace anxiety at top of mind, join us on Thursday, 17 October as we hear from Dr Zoe Fortune, CEO of the City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong. As part of our Mind, Body, Business Series, this session will focus specifically on mental health in the corporate workplace in Hong Kong. We will examine key trends and data on mental health in the workplace and how companies are working together to address the issue at a community level and within their own organisations.

Zoe will also talk through simple strategies for looking after our own individual mental health and how both employees and employers can take action.
