Simon Chester

Simon Chester is key to powering Geocon’s presence beyond Canberra, both domestically and internationally.

Born and bred in Canberra, Simon has held a variety of senior positions within the capital’s most well-known private organisations including ActewAGL, and more recently as General Manager of Commercial Operations of the Brumbies rugby union team.

 

Simon’s expertise includes business development, relationship management, research and strategy. His tact and diplomacy have seen him successfully negotiate complex commercial outcomes in countries including - but not limited to - China, Singapore, Israel, UAE, Vietnam, India and the UK.

 


Outside of the international markets, Simon has quickly established a strong network of partners in Australia which is assisting Geocon grow its reach outside of Canberra.
