Steffanie is Managing Director and Head of HK for Endowus, a leading digital wealth management platform in Asia. Endowus is headquartered in Singapore and backed by UBS. It pioneered the non-commissioned based, fee-only advisory model in Asia to address the potential conflicts of interest inherent in a commissions-driven sales model. The company leverages technology to lower costs and increase transparency for its clients, currently managing over US$4 billion in assets

On a mission to leverage technology to offer the next generation client-centric wealth management experience.
Currently serves as Head of Hong Kong at Endowus, the leading digital wealth management platform in Asia, backed by investors including UBS, Softbank, Lightspeed, Samsung Ventures etc.
Prior to joining Endowus in May 2022, Steffanie was Managing Director at Value Partners Group, the largest Hong Kong homegrown listed asset manager and a member of the Group’s Executive Committee and ESG Committee, responsible for Direct Distribution, Marketing & Communications and Investor Relations functions.
Prior to that, she was with Alibaba's fintech affiliate Ant Group, leading business development and partnerships with global financial institutions and e-wallet joint ventures of Ant in India, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea and beyond. Yuen led the set-up of a joint venture between Vanguard and Ant Group in 2019, where she served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Investor Advisory Service in Shanghai.
Since August 2022, Steffanie also took on the role to become Co-Chair to the Wealth & InvestTech Committee at the Fintech Association of Hong Kong, which aims to promote industry dialogues, cross collaborations and ecosystem development of fintech in the city.
