Andrew Taylor
Cyber Product Head for Asia Pacific | Chubb Insurance Asia Pacific

Andrew is the Asia Pacific Cyber Product Head for Chubb Insurance Company and has responsibility for managing and developing Chubb’s Cyber portfolio and expanding their product capabilities across the region. He has over 20yrs insurance experience that includes time underwriting in the London and Asian insurance markets.

Having commenced his career as an insurance accountant and with a strong business focus and client centric approach he moved into financial lines broking before focusing on underwriting emerging financial lines risks. Andrew has held many senior underwriting and portfolio management positions over this career. He is one of the longest serving specialist cyber underwriting in Asia Pacific having written the class since 2010 and speaks on Cyber Insurance and other E&O insurance classes.

Andrew is based in Singapore and holds an MBA, is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute (ANZIIF), has a Diploma in Accounting, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Services. The has also served as a National Committee Member for the Australian Professional Indemnity Group ( APIG).


Ravindranath Patil
Director, Forensic Technology | KPMG

Ravindranath leads the forensic technology and cyber response team in Hong Kong. He is a former Indian Police Service officer having professional experience of over 17 years. He started his career as a software engineer with Tata Infotech Limited in 1998. He was selected into the Indian Trade Service of Government of India in 2002 and served as the Assistant Director General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce until August 2004. He has lead and investigated multiple sensitive terrorism and cyber crime cases in India. Since August 2010 he has been working as corporate forensic professional.

Ravindranath has extensively contributed to digital forensic analysis and cyber crime investigations in Asia Pacific regions and Africa. He is a Certified Cyber Forensic Professional and a Postgraduate in Cyber Laws. He regularly works with leading Law Firms and Insurance Companies to provide a holistic solution to the Clients. Ravindranath is a cryptocurrency enthusiast, and has conducted cryptocurrency fraud investigations that resulted in recovery of crypto-assets such as Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum.

 


Glenn Murray
CEO Sapien Cyber

Glenn is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Sapien Cyber and has brought to Sapien his strong drive to stop cyber-crime and increase the awareness of cyber-attacks across industry, government and the broader community. 

Glenn’s diverse experience bridges engineering, cyber security and Information Communications Technology (ICT) including the management of multi-million dollar projects, within the Oil & Gas, mining, heavy vehicle manufacturing, defence (Electronic Warfare) and telecommunication industries. Glenn has led complex teams involving multi-disciplined engineers to deliver an agile ICT digital technology model for resource and energy assets. He also has extensive experience in managing the cyber security aspect of ICT. 

Previously the Chief Technology Officer for Sapien, Glenn’s breadth of expertise in programme management and platform development was instrumental in delivering Sapien’s world-class sophisticated technical platform. Now as the company’s Managing Director and CEO his extensive business leadership has been a key driver in the company’s rapid growth .

 


Lucy Spencer | Moderator

Lucy is a lawyer in Ashurst's Digital Economy and Corporate practices and is based in Hong Kong.  

She advises a broad range of clients (in both the TMT and other sectors) across Asia on issues relating to technology and the law - including contracts for complex TMT/IP/corporate-focused projects; technology-related regulations; and data privacy. In addition, she also advises on corporate law issues, including M&A/JV transactions, the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and employment law. 

Lucy was recently recognised by Legal 500 as a future star in the TMT sector. She speaks fluent English and French and has worked as a lawyer in multiple jurisdictions.
