Nigel Smith | Moderator
Managing Director Colliers International | Hong Kong

Nigel Smith is the managing director for Colliers Hong Kong, where he oversees the development and growth of the company and its people. Since arriving in Hong Kong in 1990, he has seen a number of changes and challenges but these have never taken away from the passion, drive and perseverance in the people he meets, clients he advises and his colleagues. Nigel sits on several International Chamber committees, including AustCham’s WIBN and P&I committees. He is passionate about leveraging his knowledge to help drive change in the business world, especially when it comes to the workplace, diversity and wellness. 


Fiona Nott
CEO| The Women's Foundation

Fiona joined The Women’s Foundation as CEO in September 2017, combining her senior leadership experience with a passion for TWF’s mission to serve marginalised women and girls in Hong Kong. A former lawyer and Hang Seng Index company secretary, Fiona has lived in Hong Kong for nearly two decades having cultivated a career as a senior legal professional and adviser to a number of leading corporations in Hong Kong and around Asia including PCCW, AIA, AIG, Aviva, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery as well as SMEs, start ups and non-profit organisations.

She is the Co-Founder of Room to Read's Hong Kong Chapter and helped establish the Regional Programme office in New Delhi, India. She is Deputy Chair of the Australian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong & Macau and was Founder and Chair of its Women in Business Network. She is also is a Non-Executive Director of Aesop Hong Kong and Taiwan. In 2015, Fiona won the People’s Choice Award for the Advancement of Women in Business at the Austcham-Westpac Australia China Business Awards. 

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow (FCIS) of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, Australia and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and sits on AICD’s Hong Kong Committee.


Carli Renzi
Head of Global Subsidiaries, International | ANZ

Carli oversees ANZ’s MNC relationship team across Asia. She is also a non-executive director of ANZ Bank (Thailand) and recently joined the AustCham HK’s Women in Business Network committee. She has a diverse banking background across group treasury, corporate finance, financial services insights, and business execution, which underpin her authorship on bank regulatory capital developments, Asia Pacific liquidity views and ASEAN banking strategies.

Carli has lived, studied or worked across Australia, Japan, China, Singapore and Hong Kong. Currently living in Discovery Bay with her husband, three children and dog, she is an avid fighter when she gets the chance having represented Australia in Judo (Olympics, 2012), Freestyle Wrestling (Commonwealth Games, 2010) and MMA.


Lucy Lord

Dr. Lucy is an Obstetrician and a founding Partner of Central Health Medical Practice and has lived in Hong Kong for the past 30 years. Together with the partners and doctors at Central Health she set up the Patient Care Foundation (PCF) Central Health’s charitable foundation which works to improve access to medical care for vulnerable people within Hong Kong.
