Cryptocurrencies and the CoinFLEX Difference - Inspiring Leaders: Sudhu Arumugam and Leslie Lamb

The AustCham Young Professional Committee is delighted to kick off the Inspiring Leaders series with Leslie Lamb and Sudhu Arumugam. This series provides a platform for professionals who have unexpected, nonlinear and interesting careers journeys. These events will showcase their career paths and include pitfalls, moments of realizations and tips and tricks for success.

Leslie Lamb and Sudhu Arumgam are the Chief Marketing and Co-Founder for CoinFLEX respectively. CoinFLEX is a leading crypto derivatives exchange and yield platform. Whilst Leslie and Sudhu are fundamental pillars to CoinFLEX as a business and its success, they had very different journeys to discovering the crypto world. Leslie began her career in private banking before quickly pivoting into the crypto world by leading the institutional sales division of a leading crypto firm. Sudhu was a trader for over a decade in derivatives trading before becoming fascinated with the growth in crypto in 2017, and later co-founding CoinFLEX in 2018. We will explore their original careers pre crypto, their discovery of crypto and then their pivot into their current roles. We will also discuss some basics around blockchain, crypto currencies and the CoinFLEX platform.
