Dr. Jonathan Choi is Permanent Honorary Chairman of the Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, HK, Chairman of the Hong Kong-based Sunwah Group, Chairman of the Toronto-listed Sunwah International Limited, Chairman of the Hong Kong-listed Sunwah Kingsway Capital Group and Chairman of VinaCapital Group of Vietnam. Established in 1957, Sunwah’s business now covers seven principal areas: Seafood & Foodstuff, Real Estate, Financial Services, Technology, Media, Infrastructure and Education and training. Activities extend deep into Mainland China as well as to the environs of Macau, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Singapore, Japan and across the oceans to Canada, the United States and Australia.
Dr. Choi is active in community and international affairs which is evident in the wide range of public positions he holds. These mainly include: Standing Committee Member of the National Committee of CPPCC of the PRC; Hong Kong, China's representative to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Business Advisory Council and Co-chair of ABAC Regional Economic Integration Working Group; Co-chair of SME Development Taskforce of B20 2016 Host Committee; Executive Director of China Overseas Friendship Association; Standing Committee Member of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce; Co-Chair of the Belt & Road Industrial and Commercial Alliance (BRICA); Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce; Chairman of Guangdong-HK-Macao Bay Area Entrepreneurs Union; Member of the Chief Executive’s Council of Advisers on Innovation and Strategic Development HKSAR; Council Member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council; Chairman of the Small and Medium Enterprises Committee of HKSAR; Founding Chairman of the Hong Kong - Vietnam Chamber of Commerce; Founding Chairman of Hong Kong - Korea Business Council and Chairman of the China Hong Kong Israel Technology Cooperation and Promotion Center etc.
In 2015, Dr. Choi was conferred the “Friendship Order” by the President of Vietnam and became an Honorary Ambassador of Foreign Investment Promotion for Korea respectively. In February 2017, Dr. Choi was conferred the “Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters of France” by the French Government and Japan Foreign Minister’s Commendation for FY 2017. Dr. Choi has been awarded the Gold Bauhinia Star (GBS) and Justice of the Peace (JP) by the HKSAR Government for his meritorious public and community service.

Hayden Flinn is a Partner in the Corporate and Securities practice of our Hong Kong office. He has advised on a wide variety of corporate matters in the Asia Pacific region across a range of jurisdictions including Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the People's Republic of China. Hayden's practice also involves a range of dealings with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Raymond Yeung

Raymond Yeung is the Chief Economist, Greater China with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), based in Hong Kong.
Raymond is responsible for leading ANZ's research coverage of China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. His views on the Chinese economy have been highly valued by ANZ's clients, sovereign institutions and regulators. He has proven track records in predicting changes in central banks' monetary policies in the region by making out-of-consensus policy calls. In addition, he plays an instrumental role in ANZ's annual report on the internationalisation of the RMB, and has garnered a strong following for his intellectual offering to ANZ's clients. His views are frequently cited by Bloomberg, Reuters, Dow Jones, the Financial Times and Chinese media.
Prior to joining ANZ, Raymond was Deputy Head of Economic Research at Swiss Re (Asia). He earned a doctoral degree in economics at Queen's University, Canada in 1999.
Raymond is the author of "China's Trump Card: Cryptocurrency and Its Game Changing Role in Sino-US Trade", which was published by Wiley in 2020.

Patrick Vizzone

Patrick is the Chair of the Greater Bay Area Committee for The Australian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong.
Patrick Vizzone is ANZ International’s Head of Food, Beverage & Agribusiness. He is responsible for sector leadership across Asia, North America and Europe, and a key connector with our home markets in Australia and New Zealand. Patrick was born in Australia and has resided in Greater China and Japan since 1994.
Throughout his career, Patrick has held numerous senior corporate and investment banking leadership positions including most recently as Head of Institutional Banking, Asia and Head of Food & Agribusiness, Asia at National Australia Bank. Patrick has also served as Managing Director and Head of Food & Agribusiness, Asia at Rabobank. He is a long-standing member of the Board of Directors of China Agri-Industries, the flagship listed subsidiary of the COFCO Group, China’s largest food and agribusiness enterprise. He is currently serving a two-year term as Chairman of the International Board of the Produce Marketing Association (an industry association which represents 38 percent of all food consumption) and is the past Chairman of its Global Strategy Task Force.
Patrick is the inaugural Member of the Advisory Board of the Australia-Sino 100 Year Partnership (“ASA100”) and a Member of the Advisory Board of Agfunder, an online investment marketplace enabling accredited investors to invest in agriculture and agriculture technology companies. He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Patrick has a BA in History and Political Science from Monash University and an MBA in finance from Manchester Business School.
