Mr. Liao was elected Deputy (representing “HKSAR”) to the 11th to 13th National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China. He is currently a Standing Committee Member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He is appointed a Non-Official Member of the Executive Council of the HKSAR since November 2016. He also serves as a Member of the Legislative Council of the HKSAR since 2012 and is Chairman of the Advisory Committee on Corruption of the ICAC.

Agnes is the immediate past Managing Partner for EY Hong Kong and Macau. She is also a Non-Executive Director of the Securities and Futures Commission, a member of Public Service Commission, a member of the Users’ Committee of the Inland Revenue Department and a member of the HKSAR Government’s Advisory Panel on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting 2.0.
