Talent in Sustainability: Addressing the Skills Gap in Hong Kong

Hosted by the Sustainability Committee

AustCham’s Sustainability Committee is thrilled to welcome guest speaker, Paddy Balfour, Executive Director, Asia of Acre to discuss the topic of Talent in Sustainability: Addressing the Skills Gap in Hong Kong

Companies in Hong Kong are urgently seeking employees who can help them meet their sustainability goals, but finding the right skill set can be a challenge. To succeed in today's fast-paced and dynamic environment, employers need to adopt sustainable recruitment strategies that go beyond just filling open positions. This requires a shift in mindset from the conventional approach of hiring for skills and qualifications, to hiring for values and cultural fit.
