This registration is for Session 2: Stress: Impacts and Management. AustCham welcomes Dr Frances Cheng and Dr Namrata Arora of OT&P Healthcare to share insights on how stress can impact your heart and mind.
This session will include a light lunch and beverages for attendees.
The Series will offer information on what you need to know regarding your health, and provide tools to improve health with insightful information and tips. Area of discussion include:
- How common is stress in women vs men
- What are the causes of stress and how this can impact our bodies
- Understanding heart health and the risk factors in women vs men
- How to lower our levels of stress and cortisol
