Today at Google, he leads the Brand & Creative Specialist team for Greater China, merging the power of advertisers' brand equity, creative storytelling & Google innovation. Lance is a keynote speaker on topics including The Art & Science of Building Brands, and The Future of Storytelling.
Lance is an advocate of well-being, mindfulness and inclusivity. As part of his 20% Project at Google, he teaches Search Inside Yourself, a mindfulness-based emotional intelligence leadership training. He also volunteers as an executive coach. Outside Google, he shares inspirational insights on his YouTube Channel called Intent Talks. He also volunteers and gives back to the various causes with emphasis on children’s education.

A veteran strategist and service designer, Amber Matthews is Asia Pacific Research Manager at Steelcase: the leading provider of global workplace solutions, based in Hong Kong. As part of a multidisciplinary WorkSpace Futures team, she employs a human-centered, future-focused approach to understanding the world of work, worker and workplace using foresight, UX research, data sensemaking and market research practices and methodologies. Insights from this research are translated into strategies, products, services and experiences. Amber is an active member in the business innovation and UX communities as an event organiser, speaker and mentor, advocating the use of systems and design thinking.
