Applications for 2019/2020 are now open!
Hong Kong’s leading Mentor Program, the AustCham UOW Mentor Program, is now open. This highly sought-after program reached capacity quickly last year so we encourage you to register today.
We are accepting applications from both senior executives and from aspiring mentees. This eight-month program (September 2019 - May 2020) matches mentors and mentees; a valuable relationship where both can learn from the other. It also offers unparalleled learning and sharing opportunities providing access to senior executives and thought leaders through monthly workshops/sessions. We run a combination of professional development, executive sharing, panel sessions, workshops and social events.

What our previous participants said:
Belle: The effort and thought that goes into the program is astounding. The amount that you gain from the program as a me not is tremendous and I am forever grateful to the program for introducing me to such a proactive mentee who is now also a life long friend.
Summer: The programme provides junior professionals the precious access to experienced senior executives from various industries. The form of a 'mentorship' sets up a mutually trusting foundation that greatly facilitates the whole sharing, listening, understanding and eventually, learning process. Besides the specific career knowledge I wanted to and did learn about, I really enjoy the relationship-building process itself with my mentor. Helen is a fabulous lady and I feel very lucky to have her as a mentor, a supporter and a friend.
Rod: Time spent with the mentees, different perspective from a different generation, connecting with new people and sharing my experiences of working and developing a career in HK.
Penny: Meeting so many interesting people from other sectors. The learning sessions were really well presented and on topic.
Patrick: My mentee was enthusiastic. The programme organisers were fantastic and really engaged the participants. Can't forget the wine evenings definitely helped with the atmosphere and the interaction between participants during the meetings.
Jessica: Enjoyed meeting new people, interesting panels, and good mentor.
Alex: Ability to learn from vast mentors from different industries, exposure to issues like diversity and unconscious bias helped me become a better rounded individual.
