With over 20 years of recruitment experience in Hong Kong, she specializes in partnering with leading financial services and commercial companies to advise on their talent and hiring strategies, helping them identify and onboard high-caliber professionals to enable business growth. She oversees both our Ambition and AmbTech brands in Hong Kong, advising on a range of talent solutions, including permanent, contingent, managed services, and staff augmentation.

Fiona's passion for people and talent management began in her first job as an HR generalist with Standard Chartered Bank. She has since dedicated herself to helping companies identify the talent they need to grow their business, fostering talent, and helping individuals realize their potential. Within the broader Hong Kong talent arena, Fiona spearheaded Ambition's involvement as one of the first recruitment partners with Hong Kong Talent Engage, supporting incoming talent to Hong Kong. Additionally, Fiona also actively collaborates with leading Hong Kong universities, providing career support through career fairs, talks, and graduate employment initiatives.
