• Sustainability: Raise awareness to business leaders and stakeholders about sustainability best practices and involve the community in sustainability initiatives and engagement in effective strategic sustainability solutions.
• Governance: Engage with policymakers in Hong Kong to advocate for proactive net-zero policies while promoting transparency in corporate disclosures and effective governance structures at the board level.
• ESG Talent: Fostering a supportive ecosystem for ESG education and discuss the talent gap within Hong Kong. Cultivating a new generation of professionals dedicated to advancing sustainable practices.
• Education: Promoting education on sustainability issues within the local community through active participation from partnerships within key AustCham members.
• Connectivity: Connect and integrate sustainability best practice and thought leadership across chamber committees and collaborate with other chambers of commerce in Hong Kong. Foster connection with Australia to gain insights into their key sustainability trends.
