
Kirsten Mundy
Kirsten Mundy is Director of Strategic Programme Delivery at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where she leads the delivery of the Club’s highest-priority strategic programmes and major investment projects. Reporting to the CEO, she is driving the modernisation of the Club’s wagering platforms, capabilities and operating model, while strengthening enterprise delivery and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.
With more than 20 years’ experience leading major programmes and complex business change across Hong Kong and the UK, Kirsten previously served as a Director in KPMG Hong Kong’s Government and Infrastructure practice and was Asia Lead for KPMG’s Global Sports Network. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering delivery cultures that enable innovation, collaboration and lasting impact.
Kirsten previously served as Chair of the Construction, Property and Infrastructure Committee, and is now a member of the Sports and Entertainment Committee. She is also leading initiatives to strengthen partnerships between AustCham and the Australian International School Hong Kong, creating opportunities to connect students with the Australian business community and inspire the next generation of leaders.
