Kirsten Mundy

Kirsten is a senior strategy and procurement professional and a passionate advocate for ESG with over two decades of experience in government and Big 4 firms in the UK and Hong Kong. Previously, she held leadership positions at KPMG, co-leading the Government and Infrastructure practice in Hong Kong and serving as the Asia Lead for KPMG’s Global Sports Network. As People Partner and DEI sponsor for over 600 staff, she is dedicated to promoting talent and fostering a diverse workplace culture.

As the former Co-Chair of the Construction, Property, and Infrastructure Committee at AustCham, Kirsten has spearheaded transformative initiatives like ‘Built to Last’ to promote gender equality and facilitated high-impact events such as the Policy Address Briefing. These efforts have not only strengthened relationships within the community but also propelled key objectives forward, benefiting AustCham members.
