Ms Karina Wong joined Ernst & Young in 2007 bringing considerable experience and expertise as a tax advisor to mid-market clients in Australia.  

Karina is dedicated to helping clients achieve business success by providing business advisory and corporate taxation services that meet each client’s unique objectives. She has expertise in tax compliance, business restructuring, cross border transactions, tax due diligence and advising on the taxation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investments and implementation of tax effective strategies.  

With many years of experience in serving entrepreneurial individuals and families, Karina also focuses on providing clients with direct access to a comprehensive suite of personalised services to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, such as business and asset management structuring, succession planning, mobility advisory services, philanthropic planning, family governance and family office advisory. Karina holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. She is a member of the Tax Institute of Australia and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. Karina is also the 2025 Divisional President - Greater China, deputy chair of Taxation Committee and a member of Women in Leadership Committee, Greater China of CPA Australia.
