Gary is in charge of both Hong Kong and China markets. With an MBA degree from Hong Kong Baptist University and WSET Level 3 qualification, he brings a powerful combination of strategic marketing expertise and deep commercial acumen to the wine industry.

Gary introduced Laithwaites brand to Hong Kong in 2010 and played a pivotal role in establishing its presence in Taiwan in 2014 and China in 2017. Over the years, he has built and strengthened the brand’s direct-to-consumer model while cultivating trusted relationships with wine lovers, corporate clients, and business partners across the region. Passionate about making wine accessible and enjoyable, Gary is an engaging and approachable speaker who loves helping professionals discover the pleasure of wine in a relaxed and easy-to-understand way.

Besides the wine business, Gary is also the CEO of ECL Logistics in both Hong Kong and China with over 25 years management experience in contract logistics.
