AustCham Appoints Board Chair, Vice Chairs and Treasurer

Dear Members,

Last night, AustCham Hong Kong’s Board of Directors elected a new Chair of the Chamber, Josephine Orgill. Josephine succeeds Robert Quinlivan who has stepped down from the role after two years. Robert remains a board member. Also elected as officers were Angela Mackay and Fiona Nott as Deputy Chairs, and Patrick Vizzone as Treasurer.

The Board moved a vote of thanks to Mr Quinlivan for his service as Chair over the past two and a half years. In reflecting on his term, he thanked the Chamber, it’s members and Board Directors past and present for their support during difficult times, and gave his full support to the incoming Chair and office holders.

Incoming Chair Josephine Orgill thanked Board Directors for their support. “Thanks to Rob’s excellent stewardship and leadership through a critical time for the Chamber we are well positioned to move forward. I am delighted to have this opportunity to work with Angela, Fiona, Patrick, Rob and the entire Board as we enter a new period for Hong Kong and the Chamber,” she said.
